Well, today my contract with the employer ended, as the service of a lot of people at the site will no longer be necessary. There was a roof-placement, or whatever, party today, with much speeches from the clients and the management, with much thanks to us, the workers, with live music, pea soup, sandwiches, coffee, dessert and beer! Was quite nice of the company and the rest to offer something like that.
And despite the job really wearing me out, I think I'll miss it more than I miss making phones.
Furthermore, to my surprise, the construction folk didn't jump at the offered alcohol like crazy! We can actually act civil at times! But our socks still kill weaker life forms!
